Cantaloupe Soup


The soup base in the great northern bean, with a dash of soy for it's salt content. you can add cabbage, cooked eggs, tomatoes, and sauted (or grilled) onions. if you saute the onions before you add them to the soup it brings out more flavor. Don't forget to add the cantaloupe :)

Sweet Onion Cushcush


ingredients: flour, baking powder, mayonnaise, white pepper, lemon pepper (if your lemon pepper does not come added with salt add a teaspoon of salt to mixture), lemon juice, pine nut oil, and one onion.
* 1&1/2 cups of flour, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, two teaspoons of lemon pepper, a dash of white pepper, a half tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of water, a teaspoon of pine nut oil. Mix ingredients in microwavable bowl. Peel onions & cut in fours. Place onions a top mixture, brush with oil and add dash of white pepper and lemon pepper. Cook in microwave for about 10 to 15 minutes. Ready to serve (:

Three Cheese Macaroni



ingredients: macaroni pastas, bakeing dish, three cheeses (any kind - but must be sharp, medium, & mild), cream or milk, butter, salt, black pepper, white pepper, & paprika.
cook pasta in large cooking pot of water with dash of salt added to water, when cooked
- drain and place in large cooking pot over stove burner on low to medium low, add milk and butter, add cubes of cheese and let melt. then place in bakeing dish (must be oven safe) and add more cheese cubes, dash of paprika, black pepper, and very small amount of white pepper. Bake in 300 or so degree oven until top is golden.

lemon pie filling, pistachio pie filling, lime pie filling, egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and pie crust* mix three separate pie fillings, first layer is lemon, second is lemon 1/4 lime and touch of pistachio, third is lemon 1/8 lime and touch of pistachio mixed with merrainge* marrainge is made with extra sugar and corn starch and egg whites - beat egg whites on high*Bake in oven

candied pinenut pumpkin pie


ingrediants: 2 cans of pumpkin ( or 4 cups of pumpkin), 2 eggs, flour, cream or milk, sugar, nutmeg, cinnimon, salt, butter or oil, pinenuts, and molasses or cane suryp.

* To make candied pine nut, set oven to broil, mix pinenuts in a bowl with one to two tablespoons of molasses or cane suryp (depending on how many pinenut you use),pine nuts should be coated but not dripping. Then brush on oil or butter over pinenuts - place on oiled or buttered cookie sheet - bake until brown on top, turn pine nuts over and toast on other side.
** For pumpkin pie, use 2 cans of pumpkin and mix with 1/2 cup of flour, and two eggs, and 1/4 cup of cream or milk. Add 1 cup of sugar, one table spoon of nutmeg, a teaspoon of salt and a dash of cinnimon. mix well, pour in pie crust - bake in oven on about 325 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
***top pie with candied pinenuts and bake pie for 5 to 7 minutes.
( you can also place candied pinenuts in a ziplock bag and smash with a hammer to make a crushed candied pinenut topping)

ingrediants: sliced bread, 1 can of chille with no beans, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, mayonaise
* on one side - spread liberal chillie, then add sliced tomatoes, on other side - add liberal mayonaise, add alfalfa spouts - and you have a finished sandwich.

slim jim soup

ingrediants: slim jims, water, dash of sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and lettuce.

* heat water medium high in a cooking pot (fill pot about half way with water) , add dash of sugar, dice slim jims and add to pot, add a tablespoon of vinigar, add a half a cup of soy, add a dash of pepper (any kind of pepper will work) , lastly add the lettuce. Should simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve in bowl

cook pasta, drain, add oil, add lemon pepper, add lemon juice (you may want to add some popcorn salt to the dish if your lemon pepper does not incorporate it. toss well and finish!

Chillie Salad


ingrediants: 1/4 to 1/2 can of chillie, lettuce (baby spinage works well), white pepper, creamy ranch dressing or sour cream
* mix 1/2 cup of water to whole can of chillie for the dressing, can use creamy ranch dressing or sour cream to top as well, use your favorite lettuce, crunchy iceburg lettuce is good or baby spinage lettuce. add very little white pepper, can add a light oil to top as well as optional. Serve warm or cold.

* cut cheese slices about 1&1/2 centemeters wide, butter one side each of bread slices, place bread on grill, place cheese on bread, use spatcula and turn sandwich over to cook both sides, fire should be on medium low, grill until cheese is melted

fruit dumbplings . . .




1 can of mixed fruit cocktail in suryp, sugar, butter, flour, baking powder, salt


* mix 1 cup flour with half of can of mixed fruit, add one tablespoon of butter, two pinches of salt, a half teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 cup of sugar

* bake

*****in separate bakeware, mix other half of can of fruit with 1/8th cup of sugar, cook, add to top of finished dumplings.

powdered donuts

You can use a can of regular canned biscuits or a can of uncooked pastries, you can also use cinnamon roll dough, set some light oil to high so that it is boiling, make hole in each biscuit or form pastry by rolling into a ball and slighty flatten then and make a hole in each newly formed pastry, set in oil and turn to brown on both sides, remove from heat and place on brown paper to soak up extra oil, when slightly cooled shift powered sugar liberally over donuts on both side or dunk into bowl full of powder and set on serving dish :)
